How fast does it actually work?
Strips dissolve under the tongue in about 30 seconds and absorb directly into the bloodstream — roughly 5x faster than a pill that has to go through your stomach first.

How many strips in a pack?
15 individually-wrapped strips per pack. The recommended dose is 1 before bed and 1 the next morning — so each pack covers 7–8 nights out.

How is this different from Liquid IV or Cheers?
Liquid IV is hydration-only and requires mixing into water. Cheers is a pill. NXDAY is pocket-size, pill-free, water-free, and absorbs sublingually — which is meaningfully faster.

Is it safe to take with alcohol?
Yes. The formula is designed to be taken before bed after drinking, and again in the morning. As always, consult your doctor if you have underlying conditions.
